Meet Dr. Joshua Cherng (Lowell, MA)

Joshua Cherng, O.D., received his Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington State University.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Cherng is focused on providing comprehensive primary eye care with an emphasis on individualized, patient-centered treatment. He enjoys getting to know his patients and prioritizes personalized care to help them achieve their best vision for work, hobbies, and everyday life.

Dr. Cherng has experience in managing a wide range of eye care needs, including myopia management and glaucoma care. His interest in optometry began at a young age after growing up wearing orthokeratology lenses, which sparked his fascination with vision and optics.

Dr. Cherng is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
